How do I invite my members to the FitFlo app?
It's easy for operators to sign up new members to FitFlo. They can simply click a button on the Member tab in the Operator Portal and enter the member's email and phone number. This will generate a personalised invite link that the members can use to download FitFlo.
How does FitFlo work?
FitFlo digitises the equipment at the gym, allowing users to control and interact through 2 platforms:
Operator Portal: This is where you’ll manage your gym and members, this portal will allow you to communicate and assign programs to members. It will also allow you to see how they’re progressing in their fitness journey
Member App: The mobile app (available on the iOS and Play Stores) is the primary tool for members to engage with the gym and its operators. Through the app, members can access their assigned programs from trainers, do personalised workouts with easy tracking, and communicate with operators/trainers directly. The app provides personalised guidance aligned with members' goals and rewards them with badges for reaching milestones.

Does my gym have to be connected to FitFlo?
It is not necessary for your gym to have FitFlo connected in order for you to use FitFlo. However, having your gym connected to FitFlo provides the best experience and enables you to enjoy all of FitFlo’s features for a smooth workout experience.
